I am a running failure
So real quick, about goal five and finishing 3 miles 4 times a week. UGH!!! I have been failing! There is no reason for my failure except for the fact that I don't feel like. It is annoying also becuase I can see my weight increasing and I can feel myself getting slugish... I am gonna be motivated the remainder of this week! I am going to finish my 3 miles and I have exactly 4 days left in the week. Wish me luck!

Hey,
Don't put a number on your fitness goals. Saying that you're going to run 3 miles X amount of times a week is setting a really high goal. If this isn't something that you did routinely in the past, don't expect your body to just pick up where you left off.
I have a sure fire way that can help you reach that goal. It's call the Jeff Galloway running method. You run for 4 minutes (hard), then walk for 1-2 minutes, resume the 4 minutes (hard) and continue until you reach your distance. This will jump your metabolism, and give you enough recovery time to get the job done. Also, it will condition your lungs.
Jeff Galloway teaches this method in the MD area and many elite marathon runners do it and have yielded phenomenal results. I've tried it and I was impressed on my running times.
